Care Assistant / Support Worker Days - Brand New Award winning care home (Kitwood House) £11.00 Per Hour - £300 Welcome bonus

L&M Healthcare provide expert care in a luxurious home from home environment. We specialise in the kind of personalised dementia care that develops, sustains and where possible, improves mental and motor skills.

We are looking for passionate Care Assistants and Support Workers , working Days at our brand new Service Kitwood House in Northwich supporting the management team in the home to provide the highest levels of care.

As a Care Assistant you will play a crucial role in caring for the people we support and will make a positive impact every single day.

*What we are looking for:*

• A positive caring professional with experience in caring for residents with dementia.
• A keen eye and exceptional attention to detail.
• Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines calmly in the time assigned.
• Ability to develop relationships with residents and carers, and where appropriate, friends and family.
• Someone who is motivated and takes pride in their work
