THE ROLE
We’re looking for a passionate and emotionally intelligent automation test engineer to be part of a squad driving code quality, security, efficiency and best practice. As a Automation Test Engineer you’ll be working in a squad, helping to foster a culture of trust and collaboration, in a test driven development environment which values regular delivery of value through an efficient CI/CD pipeline. You’ll work with a squad lead and other squad members to help drive and deliver a Cloud-first, SaaS-based strategy.
As we embark on a very exciting technical transformation with a focus on cloud migration and microservice architectures, it is a great time for you to shape our practice where each individual can create an immediate impact.
THE CHALLENGE
You should have a passion for automated testing, code quality, experience of tooling centric to software testing and an understanding of software non-functional requirements: quality, reliability and security. You’ll understand the benefits and impact of test coverage to a well-functioning release pipeline. You will also have a natural desire to work using best practice and contribute to your peer development community and a passion for reproducible results. You’ll enjoy collaboratively setting the vision and strategy and setting the path to creating change. You’ll have an appreciation of psychological safety and what it means for teams which trust each other, use failure as an opportunity to learn and understands what drives you to get the best overall result as part of a happy team.
There are several key challenge areas:
- Coding evangelism of best practice
- Plan, build, test, and improve the software delivery lifecycle for a broad array of products and services using automated tests
- Contribute to constant improvement in testing and development
- Craft reusable frameworks that simplify platform, delivery and observability
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong knowledge of modern automation testing techniques with practical experience in Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework
- Background in Java
- Strong understanding of coding best practice
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Excellence with version control systems and application lifecycle management (Git / GitHub).
- Excellent communicator at all levels.
- Some experience with Python, scripting skills (ability to write Bash script, Python / Ruby / Powershell / other) beneficial.

The Company’s software assets were developed initially to support managed services but are now maturing to full standalone capabilities and the ability to help clients formulate a strategy, track progress and optimize their Real Asset portfolios across Real Estate, Infrastructure and Green Finance.
The company has recently transitioned from being founder bootstrapped, to enjoying the financial and operational support offered by Bridges Fund Management, Farview Equity Partners and MSCI. The new investors believe there are significant opportunities to enhance GTM, service delivery and application development depth, enabling scale-up acceleration.
