You must have experience with one of the following systems – DeltaV, Unicorn or KF Comm 2. open to any number of years of experience if you are proficient in one of those!

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an Automation Engineer to join one of our top pharmaceutical clients in Plainville, MA.
• You should individual responsible for supporting automation systems across the facility including GMP Manufacturing, Quality Control, Process Development, and their Warehouse Operations.
• You should have 3+ years of experience within the biotech engineering/ manufacturing environment.
• Specifically, you should have experience working with DeltaV, Unicorn or KF Comm 2.
• Additionally, you should have experience working with DCS and/or PLC coding as well as experience working with and troubleshooting automation hardware systems such as I/O modules and/or power supplies, control relays, signal conditioners, etc.
• This role is highly cross functional and fast-paced. It is a great opportunity to mid-level engineer to take the next step in their career with an award-winning contract development and manufacturing organization.

Qualifications:

• You must have 3+ years of engineering experience in a GMP environment working with automation systems such as Single Use Bioreactors, Fermenters, Mixers etc.
• You must have Experience with DeltaV, Unicorn or KF Comm 2
• You must have Experience in DCS and/or PLC coding
• You must have Experience in troubleshooting automation hardware
• You must have Experience in reviewing and supporting the execution of Commissioning, Qualification and Validation (CQV) Activities

Education:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences OR Engineering (Automation, Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $68.00 per hour
