Key Office Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests when they arrive at the office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Help set up new starters in conjunction with our recruitment team and IT support.
  • Act as in person tech support for all employees.
  • Liaise with office suppliers and contractors.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory stock.
  • Ensure office is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Equipment maintenance: cleaning, quality checking and reporting any issues.
  • Water and clean plants.
  • Assist with staff travel bookings and itineraries.
  • Any other tasks as required.

Additional People Team Support (where required)

  • Bring ideas, energy, and administrative rigour to the People Team.
  • Support our Culture Manager in building a superstar culture for all employees.
  • Basic administrative tasks for the recruitment team.

You don’t need any previous experience, but the perfect individual must have

  • Strong tech and computer skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Vibrant and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent organisation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Heaps of initiative.
  • Motivation, desire to learn something new and be resourceful.
  • Excellent administrative skills (including Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel, CRM).
