Job description
DoubleTake Auto Spa in Fremont is growing so we have an opening for a new position for an Auto Detail Manager with 5 years experience managing an auto detailing team.
The role of a detail manager includes a wide range of responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for developing business through customers and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume. (social media)
2. You will be responsible for quality control and output of the detailing & wash departments.
3. You will be responsible for managing all necessary product inventory and equipment needed to perform the required duties.
4. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
5. You will be responsible for detailing vehicles, polishing and performing inspecting team work prior to customer picking up their vehicle
6. You will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles will be completed on time.
7. You will be responsible for managing employee timecard and payroll
8. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers and discussing our services
9. You will be responsible for encouraging the team, reading weekly reviews and keeping them informed of the weekly work load.
DoubleTake Auto Spa is a premium auto detailing company that has an outstanding reputation for providing our customers with ceramic coating, paint protection film, auto detailing, window tint, curb rash removal and small ding removal.
You should be a team play with a great personality, to motivate the team to be the best.
This position is a full-time position, Mon-Sat, 10am-6:30pm, you must be able to work overtime when needed. It is mandatory to work two Saturdays out of the month.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
