  • Produce monthly and accurate reporting including supporting month end processes.
  • Coordinate and support client money, insurer & statutory audits (including management updates, collation of evidence, review of evidence with stakeholders, agreement of action plans).
  • Act as payments authoriser.
  • Maintain Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and associated call cascade logs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience of CASS 5 regulation and some understanding of Client Money operations, concepts and processes. AAT or part qualified accountant preferred.
  • Financial and accounting terminology and understanding of regulatory developments, together with key issues facing clients.
  • Financial control experience in a regulated financial services environment essential, insurance experience preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.

Most crucially for any applicant is your communication skills across all mediums and the ability to present information clearly and concisely in a timely manner. You will be able to investigate and identify causes of process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to reduce errors and omissions. You will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail whilst being adaptable to changing environments and priorities to ensure deadlines are met.

This is an opportunity for a proactive, resourceful, self-motivated individual who is happy working both individually and as part of a team. You will be keen to drive continuous improvement and build strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

In return you will be welcomed and supported by our Ardonagh family and be joining an organisation that cares about you as a person and your wellbeing. Some of the other benefits are:
