Bodyshop Service Advisor

• Basic salary: £20,000, OTE £22,000
• Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:30
• NO WEEKENDS!!
• Multi-Site Accident and Repair Centre
• Brighton, East-Sussex.

Bodyshop Service Advisor required for our client’s bodyshop in Brighton! This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to enter a bodyshop environment and develop skills as a service advisor.

Our client is ideally seeking those with experience, however are keen for enthusiastic individuals looking to start their careers to apply too!

Duties of a Bodyshop Service Advisor with our Client:

• Carry out general Bodyshop reception duties.
• Builds rapport and qualifies the customer's requirements
• Check in customers and recovered vehicles
• Updates the customer on progress and checks customer satisfaction on completion.
• Speaking and updating insurance companies of the time frames for their policy holders vehicle repairs
• Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
• Ability to prioritise workloads to ensure you achieve targets in a timely manner.
• Meet and greet customers on site.

What our Client expects of their Bodyshop Service Advisors:

• Ability to work in a team environment
• A “can do” attitude and the ability to overcome problems
• Prior experience is preferable but not essential!
• Organisational and time management skills.
