About the role
We are recruiting for an ambitious newly qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Corporate Services department. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain skills, knowledge and expertise in a busy firm of Chartered Accountants.
The successful applicant will work primarily in our Corporate Services department on audit and accounting assignments. You will undertake a varied role and you will have exposure to a wide range of clients. The role involves leading audit assignments from the planning stage through to completion, as well being responsible for the supervision of junior staff.
Skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Confident but polite telephone manner
- Attention to detail with good organisation
- Experience using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with preparing statutory accounts and leading audit assignments
Ideal candidate
- Qualified ACA/ACCA
