Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute day-to-day activities of audit engagements for a variety of clients
- Evaluate internal control systems, identify areas of risk, and recommend practical solutions
- Supervise junior staff and provide regular constructive feedback
- Participate in business development initiatives and networking events
- Prepare and present reports to clients and stakeholders
- Maintain open communication with management about audit progress and findings
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification, or equivalent
- Part-qualified also considered
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Excellent knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting tight deadlines
- Demonstrable commitment to professional and client service excellence
