Job description

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct auditing on airtightness and sound insulation testers with the ATTMA & SITMA Certification Scheme, in line with its forethcoming UKAS Accreditation Requirements.
• Sign, and countersign audit reports
• Support with, and potentially deliver, training particularly within the fields of air, sound and ventilation.
• Conduct remote audits of airtightness testers using the ATTMA Lodgement Portal Tools.
• Function as an examination invigilator
• Mark Examinations once conducted.

You will be:

• experienced in the area of sound insulation testing, ideally having conducted hundreds, if not thousands of sound insulation tests across a variety of projects.
• experienced in the area of air tightness testing, enough that you would be able to audit to the very high standards ATTMA expects.

You will have:

• Strong Knowledge of ISO 140-4, ISO 140-7 and good knowledge of ISO 717-1 and ISO 717-2.
• Good knowledge of ATTMA TSL1, ATTMA TSL2, ISO 9972 and CIBSE TM23.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

Knowledge of the construction industry, construction sites and testing
Ability to work independently or as part of a team

The role is:

• situated in and around our Leeds office. You will be expected to work and travel from the Leeds office at least once per week.
• demanding, but enjoyable. You will be seen as an industry professional in the field and expected to be able to support the members as well as audit and ensure the integrity of the certification scheme.

Training will be provided for candidates with the right aptitude and willingness to learn, but some experience is necassary for us to consider you for interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00 per year
