Audit Training Administrative Assistant
This is a full-time role supporting the learning function within the Audit Quality Team.
The Audit Service Line currently has over 1,200 Auditors, all of whom require regular training. Ensuring that all Auditors attend the correct training requires significant coordination and organisation.
You will support the Audit Training Coordinator in the smooth running and implementation of training and development activities for all Audit staff.
The role requires strong personal organisational skills and attention to detail to manage the organisation and monitoring of training requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of the Audit Learning inbox – responding to all Audit training related queries and requests.
- Supporting on venue and room bookings - including ensuring lunches and necessary equipment are organised;
- Supporting the course registration process – creating, monitoring and updating registrations, monitoring attendance and then reregistering for a later session if necessary;
- Supporting the new joiner process – ensuring all newly hired auditors are registered to, invited to and attend all relevant training; and
- Supporting on Audit Learning team diary management including meeting coordination.
- A self-starting, positive and personable individual who can take the initiative;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills which enable you to deal with internal stakeholders at all levels across the service line;
- Very organised and efficient;
- Able to work well both in a team and independently;
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- High regard for quality and attention to detail;
- Able to juggle multiple demands; and
