Job description

Grace UMC is a church with multiple services each Sunday. We have two worship spaces of different sizes and music styles, both traditional and contemporary. You can view our livestreamed service here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uaV5V7HFQis&ab_channel=GraceUMCOlathe.

Skills required:

• Basic understanding of signal flow
• Knowledge of digital mixing boards
• Ability to follow the service and adjust audio levels accordingly

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

• Operating/tearing down the outdoor sound system
• Operating the livestream mix
• Filing in the positions of slide operator, video switcher, camera operator, or any other tech position

Live Sound Experience is preferred but not required.

Associates Degree in Audio Engineering is preferred but not required

The position pays $50 per Sunday worked, with shifts ranging from 2-3 hours

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Schedule:

• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Olathe, KS 66061: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
