This is a varied role, meaning every day is different, we have an an array of family friendly attractions which could see you supporting our animal team with giraffe feeding, marshalling our pioneering seasonal events, greeting families with a warm welcome as they enter the Adventure Castle or Hedge Maze, and even ensuring the safety of our guests as they take a ride on the Rockin' Rhino.
What will this role entail?
Reporting to our Assistant Operations Manager, you will be part of the front line team ensuring guests have an unforgettable time by delivering an efficient, friendly and engaging service.
Key duties will include:
- Operate our exciting range of attractions, ranging from Rockin Rhino, Adventure Castle to Giraffe Feeding and Hedge Maze.
- Follow all essential Health & Safety procedures for all attractions as trained.
- Take full responsibility for operating our ride in line with HSE Guidelines and Responsibilities.
- Fully support attractions supervisors in all aspects of attractions operations.
- To be responsible for the security and accounting of all moneys handled in the course of employment.
- To be responsible for the cleanliness and daily operational standards of the attractions they are assigned to.
- Pro-actively handling visitor queries and complaints
What will I need to be considered for this vacancy?
- Excellent Enthusiasm and energy.
- Strong communication skills with a keen, positive and friendly nature.
- Ability to work under pressure, and to bring a good measure of energy to the job.
- Experience in Customer Services or in interfacing with customers is an advantage.
- Due to safety critical aspects of this role you must be over 18 years of age.
- Flexibility of working hours, and weekend and Bank Holiday working are essential for this role.

You’ll be employed on a fixed term contract ending 7th January 2024, shorter contracts are also available. Working hours to vary over a 7-day rota basis, including weekends, evening and bank holidays as required. Earliest start time from 8am, and latest finish time up to 8pm, varying in accordance with opening times.
