Off the back of a client meeting with a premier client of mine has requested my assistance with recruiting a freelance Construction Manager for their office fit out project in the middle of Cambridge.

It is a long-term project running through to December 2023, ideally they'd like someone to start immediately but they understand candidates may have a notice period.

The job is £10m which includes CAT A & B fit outs across several floors.

As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for the project including managing the sub contractors and ensuring the programme is delivered on time and budget.
