Location: Warwick, Warwick Castle
Hours: This is a seasonal role until November 2023. Due to the nature of our business, you will be required to work some weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is therefore essential.
Warwick Castle are currently recruiting for Attractions Hosts to join the exciting Attractions and Events team. This is a guest facing role with a focus on maintaining a safe and fun environment for all our customers.
This role is 100 percent customer focused and you will find yourself right in the thick of all our spectacular shows and awesome attractions.
Main Duties
Meet and Greet
Queue management
Dealing with Customer queries
Maintaining a safe environment
Reporting any issues to management
Skills Required
Experience within a Customer Service role
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Welcoming and friendly personally
Good attention to detail
