We are looking for an enthusiastic commercial litigation lawyer to join our Dispute Resolution Team.
The successful candidate will have at least 18 months’ PQE or equivalent experience and must demonstrate litigation experience in the following areas:
Contentious and non-contentious Commercial lease renewals under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954
Contentious claims for enfranchisement or lease extensions under the Leasehold Reform, Housing & Urban Development Act 1993
Forfeiture of Commercial leases by action and re-entry.
Litigation relating to breaches of Commercial Leases including applications for Injunctions in the Business & Property Courts
End of commercial lease dilapidations claims.
General commercial litigation
This role will not include residential/housing litigation matters.
