Who We Are Looking For

Boughton Law is pleased to be expanding its Immigration Practice Group in Vancouver, Canada, to meet business demands and to better serve our clients today, and into the future. We’re currently searching for an Associate with 7 – 10 years of experience to join this growing team and provide our clients with the excellent legal service.

The Immigration Group has extensive knowledge and experience in cross border transactions and provides expert advice for corporate immigration strategies. The group works with clients in industries such as construction, engineering, film and television, information technology, mining, and transportation to assist with the renewal of permanent resident cards, maintain residency obligations, and if desired, obtaining citizenship. The Immigration Group offers a specific expertise in the full spectrum of Canadian and American immigration issues and counsels clients on visa requirements, the issuance of temporary resident permits for Canadian entry, and waivers of inadmissibility to the United States. The ideal candidates will be talented, detail-oriented, "hands-on", capable practitioners with a track-record of strong practice skills, solid judgement, entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent client and interpersonal skills.
