Are you looking for a job that doesn’t start until noon and allows you to do homework during the dull moments? Can you provide excellent customer service, handle cash and do basic math? Are you available nights and weekends? The Box Office at the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center (76 Main Street, Westhampton Beach, NY) is looking for a reliable, year-round, part-time ticket associate, and it could be you! For $23 an hour, we ask that you show up on time, every time, assist patrons in purchasing tickets, answer questions accurately from walk-ins or phone calls, and reconcile your drawer correctly at the end of every shift. Must be tech-savvy. The Box Office is open Tuesdays through Sundays, noon to five pm, and later nights of films and live events – most shifts end at 8:30 pm on nights of live events. The biggest drawback? The artists you see for free may not be your favorite (but they’re still world-class performers.)
