Job description

We are looking for an Attendance Officer to join our supportive and talented team at Bristol Brunel Academy.We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.

A permanent, Term Time Only position, starting as soon as possible.

Full Time (8am to 4pm) plus Inset Days and 10 days worked during the school holidays.

Actual salary - £24,872 per annum

Bristol Brunel Academy, part of the Cabot Learning Federation (CLF), is an oversubscribed, forward-thinking Academy based in Speedwell, Bristol, rated “Good” by Ofsted in 2013 and confirmed “Good” again in 2017. What we are looking for:

To be successful in the post, we are looking for an Attendance Officer with strong admin and communication skills who will work alongside relevant academy staff to contribute to raising achievement by improving student attendance. They will accurately maintain the Academy’s legal attendance records within strict deadlines, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Will monitor student attendance and initiate appropriate action as required in line with academy policy. Will promote and support high levels of attendance and a positive attendance and punctuality culture within the Academy.

About the Cabot Learning Federation
