Oversee and implementation of daily skill development sessions (on-ice and video)
Recruiting student-athletes that meet the standard, philosophy, and requirements of our Saints Hockey program and will represent St. Lawrence University well
b. Developing and maintaining relationships with prospective student athletes and other recruiting constituents
Responsible for execution of all scouting, film preparation and competition preparation.
b. Coordination and oversite of film exchange program per conference policies.
c. Coordination of team film sessions

Responsible for oversite of all administrative operations regarding student-athlete development. These will include:
b. Ensure student-athlete participation in all assigned community service activities.
c. Positive engagement with alumnae and other constituencies.
Promotion and marketing program success.
b. Develop and coordinate community relations.
c. Partner with Associate Athletic Director for Operations and External Relations for special in-game theme nights.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- Must have the ability to teach various subject matter in the SSES Minor.
- Possess a solid network of contacts with junior hockey coaches, prep school coaches and hockey advisors.
- Knowledge and experience of skill development for different playing positions, as well as special teams’ implementation
- Communication Skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently with others
- Experience and utilization of various software in the industry (XOS, Instat)
- Accountable for maintaining personal compliance with all relevant governing bodies to include: NCAA;ECAC Conference;Athletic Department;University policies; Successful completion of annual NCAA recruiting exam;Attendance at all required compliance educational meetings; andSuccessful on-time completion of all recruiting logs
- Responsible for maintaining a budget. Exercises independent discretion on all purchases and budgetary decisions for program.
- Responsible for oversight and management of student managers
- Must have a philosophy compatible with highly selective academic standards within a Liberal Arts University that supports diversity and inclusivity.
Recruiting and coaching experience at the College or Junior hockey levels preferred.
