About the role and our team

Join our team as a Primary School Swimming Teacher to deliver high quality school swimming lessons to Key Stage 2 pupils across the Island!

You will be responsible for lesson planning and delivery against an agreed set of key performance indicators adhering to the Guidelines for Primary School Swimming at all times.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Increasing levels of physical activity in young people
  • Evidencing the success and impact of the programme
  • Promoting the work of the Sports Development Unit
  • Liaising with school Teachers and poolside helpers assisting with lesson delivery

A full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required for this role. A uniform will also be provided.
