Job description
We are seeking to appoint an individual who will split their time equally in the School of Engineering and School of Physical Sciences. This post will report directly to the Finance and Research Team Leader in the School of Engineering, with responsibility to provide dedicated support to progress both Schools towards completion of their action plans associated with the Silver Athena Swan awards and to prepare them to apply for Gold Awards during the 2026/27 academic year.
You should have relevant experience of administration within an educational environment or large, complex organisation and knowledge of UK University policies and procedures. You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language. The post is available on a fixed-term basis for four years.
