What are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and highly organised Associate Project Manager to join our team to work on a range of exciting technical and creative projects.
You’ll be working closely with our clients as well as coordinating with our creative and technical teams as the primary point of contact to successfully deliver projects in line with the agreed scope, timelines and budgets.
You’ll have excellent attention to detail and both organisational and analytical skills to ensure the smooth running of projects.
Key aspects of the role are:
Working alongside other Digital Project Managers, initially, you will be required to support the following tasks with the goal to progress quickly into an independent Project Manager:
- Build strong productive relationships with our clients in order to deliver effective solutions.
- Produce project deliverables, such as project plans, communication plans, functional specifications, the scope of works etc.
- Gather and analyse client requirements to ensure full clarity of scope.
- Ensure the project scope is always accurate and any additions/changes are flagged and managed appropriately to prevent project risks and scope creep.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure clarity on specific projects.
- Continually contribute ideas to improve the project from all aspects.
- Assist with troubleshooting and issues across all projects as and when required.
- Manage clients' expectations and support in work/task and project delivery
Key things we are looking for
- At least 1-year of digital agency experience
- Experience in delivering web design and build projects (1-2 years experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to develop strong client relationships, understand our customer’s objectives and build brand loyalty
- Outstanding attention to detail, methodical and have excellent time management skills
- Strong analytical skills to help with requirement gathering and analysis
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, etc
- Eagerness to grow within the company and put forward ideas for new initiatives
