Successful Associate Project Managers at Calyx typically demonstrate the following:
- A degree in a scientific or technical subject or equivalent real world experience
- Experience of delivering projects, either formally as a Project Manager or as an important part of a broader role
- Knowledge of professional, project management concepts, techniques, tools and approaches
- Really strong analytical and communication skills – able to distil complex information and articulate the key issues incisively and with confidence
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship building and influencing skills
- Resourcefulness, and the ability to work proactively
- Initiative and self-confidence with the ability to proactively manage changing and evolving priorities whilst focusing on the detail
