About the role

We are looking for an Associate Professor (Teaching) to lead the planning, delivery and strategic direction of our MSc Global Healthcare Management programme. You will be responsible for the educational leadership and student experience as well as ensuring education is aligned to the fast-paced sector of healthcare management. You will also contribute to the teaching in the field of Organisational Behaviour/Human Resource Management.

You will make a dynamic and world-leading academic contribution to UCL’s interdisciplinary healthcare management education and engagement. You will work across UCL to ensure that our students are able to meet their career potential through high impact activities that support their programme by providing oversight of pastoral and academic support.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about educating the next generation of health and healthcare leaders.

About you

You will be required to hold a PhD in organisational behaviour/human resource management or related field.

We are looking for experience of teaching at the postgraduate level, including supervision, administration and marking of exams and assessments. You will also need experience in online delivery. You will have experience of teaching in higher education and knowledge of key debates in leadership, organisatonal development and management as they relate to health and healthcare leadership with potential to contribute to the development of these debates.

You will be a natural communicator and a passionate team player with the willingness to contribute to the education, research and student experience profile of GBSH.
