Job Summary
The Hydronic Technician builds and tests Pressure Booster Systems and Custom Packages, maintains the Flowtherm Fabrication area and all related equipment, and documents inventory and job folders pertaining to equipment and projects.
Essential Functions
- Perform all tasks effectively, according to company policies and OSHA work standards, and in compliance with applicable codes.
- Interact with customers, vendors, suppliers, fellow employees, and the public in a friendly and respectiful manner.
- Read drawings, blueprints, and flow diagrams to build and align equipment to industry standards.
- Record problems, work hours, and job specifics concerning parts and labors enacted.
- Work with a variety of fabrication tools to mount and repair HVAC and related equipment.
- Tack and weld fitted parts together.
- Operate a motor vehicle to go to and from jobsites as needed.
- Learn parts and equipment in order to be able to utilize a bill of material in order to set up and prepare projects.
- Use the CHC ERP system to download documents pertaining to each project.
Required and Education Experience
Education/Training:
· High School Diploma
· 3-5 Years of experience as a Pipe Fitter/Welder or Field Controls Service
- 1-2 Years of experience as an electrician or similar field.
- HVAC Background
- Plumbing Knowledge is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
- Plumbing/Piping: 1 year (Preferred)
- TIG or MIG welding: 1 year (Preferred)
