What this job involves
Research and Strategy
Drive the research strategy for JLL Life Sciences in EMEA and ensure alignment with the global research function
Partner with research teams regionally and globally to develop a deeper life sciences research and data platform in EMEA
Data Analytics and Management
Leading the development and innovation around data management and analytics of life science industry and life science real estate data across EMEA to help win projects, drive revenue and provide thought leadership
Partnering with the UK Life sciences and research leadership to map clear accountabilities and improve and enhance the UK Lifesciences data processes
Thought Leadership
Leading the writing and production of insight focused white papers, blog articles and news articles to promote JLL Life Sciences and demonstrate our market leading knowledge
Client Projects and Business development
Inputting analytics and data into client projects and pitches to help them understand a market and make investment decisions as well as win business
Responsibility
Gathering, managing, and updating internal and external data from the life science industry and life science real estate market across EMEA
Finding and choosing the best third-party data for integration into our databases
Working with the data and analytics research function to innovate and ensure database management, automated analytics and visualisation that is specific and relevant to life sciences
Partnering with a network of onshore and offshore analysts to develop and strengthen life sciences data and insights capability
Manage relationships with life science research leads across EMEA to influence data flow
Overseeing database structure and integrity to ensure streamlining of data collection and collation
Using the data and insight to produce market updates and thought leadership on the sector
Driving innovation, managing and developing data visualisations to help in business development
Working closely with in country teams to assist in high profile, high impact client projects and pitches
Leveraging data and analytical techniques to drive insight for the business from life science data
