Role Purpose
As a key relationship manager for our customers corporate real estate and executive groups, you will be accountable for end-to-end Portfolio Strategy delivery. Up-front, you will establish guiding principles for change through stakeholder engagement and facilitation. Every engagement is different, and you will be at the forefront of establishing the customer needs and priorities. Building on these principles, you will either individually or with support from a wider collective, innovate, solution and develop customer recommendations underpinned by bespoke and accurate data models, financial analysis (including cash and income statement), situational judgements and aggregated subject matter expertise and market insights. You will prepare and position high quality client facing comprehensive and actionable deliverables ensuring alignment with key stakeholder principles and governance requirements.
You will also work closely with a variety of other CBRE colleagues across the business including Location and Talent Advisory, Workplace, Occupancy Planning, Change Management, Sustainability, Digital, Transaction Management, Capital Projects and Capital Markets, both nationally and internationally, to deliver holistic solutions to our customers, enabling transformational decisions to be made around every aspect of business.

Person Specification/Requirements
- Experience working in a strategic / analytical role previously
- Consulting, working in an advisory capacity and working collaboratively with clients and / or multi-disciplinary teams
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams
- Identifying challenges and developing creative solutions that meet client goals
- Delivering internal or client facing projects end-to-end
- Facilitating client and / or senior stakeholder engagement
- Practical hands-on experience of data analysis, data analytics and presentation skills
- Sound understanding of cash flow, income statement, balance sheet and application of IFRS; must have a practical working knowledge of financial terms and principles
