The Role
Due to fast growth within the People Experience teams, Frontiers has a brand new opportunity for an Associate HR Director to come and support our growing People Experience department. You will be passionate about scaling and leading global teams in developing, implementing, communicating and administering HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organisation's goals and objectives. This role will report to the Chief People Officer.
You will lead the People Business Partnering across European Union, US and China and Operations (HR Shared Services) team and work in collaboration with the wider HR team including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Reward teams to ensure we provide the best support for our people, who are based across our global locations. You will be part of a fast-growing global company, and be hands on and happy to adapt to the changing needs of the business (no day is the same here at Frontiers!).

This is a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources strategies, policies, and procedures in line with the organisation's overall objectives.
- Report and present to C -Suite leadership, using data to drive and support decision making
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement performance management programs, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and feedback.
- Supervise and manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing complaints, and conducting investigations as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal laws and regulations related to employment and labour for our global entities
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations to improve HR programs and processes.
- Identify opportunities for training and development to enhance employee skills and career advancement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred or equivalent level of experience
- Extensive experience in human resources in a management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong presentation skills reporting to executive level
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects
- Experience in leading large multi faceted teams
