Major Accountabilities
- Develop and drive the specialty brands marketing and tactical plans with the objective to maximize market share and revenue growth for the specialty brands (hGH and PAH market).
- Develops franchise annual sales target forecast, latest outlook and 5-year view of strategic plan. Forecast in collaboration with finance, Regulatory, Sales, Supply chain, IP, BD&L, Portfolio & I&A teams.
- To plan product promotion tactics, develop the scheme, forms, methods and technology of promotion (action plan, media plan), to implement the terms of the financial discipline in accordance with budget.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations, development, implementation and execution of strategy, marketing mix and operational plans that optimize sales, market share and revenue growth for the assigned franchise in the short and long term.
- Prioritizes appropriate targeting, positioning and messaging across all customer segments; leverage customer insights and emerging needs to create innovative business opportunities.
- Identifies opportunities for life cycle management; manages and leads the performance of the franchise products and proactively proposes additional actions to utilize new opportunities or corrective actions as needed.
- Communicates with the Launch Management Team leading the development and execution of commercial launch strategies in collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure launch success.
- Acts as franchise champion to create focus, alignment and enthusiasm both internally and with external customers, agencies, and fulfillment centers.
This position will be located at the Sandoz Princeton, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. This position will require up to 25% travel with a requirement as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international). Travel may be as high as 25%, with a requirement for regular field visits with account managers in target accounts and attendance at appropriate meetings/congresses. Please note that this role would not provide relocation and only local candidates will be considered.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $174,400 and $261,600/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Minimum requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in science, business or related field
Required experience:
- Requires 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing in healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, matrix environment, and effectively manage change.
- Track record in growing Brands
- Experience in project and vendor management
- Strong program management skills, as well as analytical, business, and financial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Preferred experience:
- Advanced degree in business or science
- Understanding of the specialty pharmacy market
- Strong experience and success in the “Buy and Bill” US market (sales, marketing and/or in market access)
