Great Opportunity: The Dental Care Clinic, Newcastle has an opening for an associate dentist.
We are located 3 miles from central Newcastle. We are a really progressive dental practice that believes in giving high quality dental treatment to our existing and new patients. We are both private and NHS. But we are transitioning towards a more private direction and we are looking for a dentist who really wishes to develop in this direction too.

1. We pay 50% of Private and NHS fees to our dental associates. 2. We are a high -tech dental practice; (intra oral scanners, Wave One RCT; each surgery has an intra-oral sandblaster; practice digital DPT, and all the latest dental materials). This allows us to deliver treatments such as: Invisalign/Clear Correct and other in-house aligner systems in-house. We also deliver dental implants and take implant referrals. We are constantly looking to invest in the decor, equipment and dental materials to allow our dentists to deliver the high standards they wish to. 3. We are always looking to develop our team; both dentists and nursing staff - so that they feel supported and feel happy. 4. We have a designated Treatment Coordinator to support you with large private treatment plans and liaise between the dentist and the patient. 5. We have monthly in-house dentist meetings so we can share learning between our dentists. We pick subjects to discuss and ensure constant learning . My great management staff also arrange lunch and learns for the whole team. 6. We have a group dentist Whatsapp group that allows dentists to ask questions and share knowledge. They also present their cases (before and after) using photographs.

The Dental Care Clinic, Newcastle is a large dental practice but we still have maintained a personalised team approach.

We are very well-organised and I am blessed with great staff. They are always keen to help and support our dentists.

We have been a FD Training practice for over 20 years and many of our FD dentists have moved on to do great things as dentists working abroad or as practice owmers in the UK. That has given myself and my management team great pleasure to watch and applaud their successes.
