*A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-time or Full-time Associate position in an affluent part of Reading*
Fully digital and modern, mixed independent dental practice. 3 spacious, recently refurbished surgeries based in Shinfield (Reading, Berkshire). This practice is part of a busy health centre, with a GP and Pharmacy. There is a considerable amount of footfall, as a result.
Close to UK headquarters of Microsoft, Verizon, Oracle, PepsiCo and more. As a result, a significant proportion of our patients have private health insurance. Easily commutable from London using the M4 motorway. Stable list with very low staff turnover, with a growing patient plan membership. Significant proportion of private only patients.
Flexible days with full clinical freedom, including which labs and materials can be used.
The practice has Diamond Apex Invisalign status, benefitting from a great deal of Invisalign enquiries. Digital X-rays, intra-oral cameras, WaveOne Rotary Endo available. We use Dentally software, so can access and write notes remotely.
Supported by a friendly and experienced team of a visiting endodontist and hygienist. Principal is also implant-trained, carries out advanced oral/implant surgery. Plenty of opportunities for free mentoring and teaching. We are a practice that is passionate in the self-development of our clinical staff!
Competitive UDA remuneration rate and 50% private split and on lab bills.
Would suit a dentist whom wants to produce high quality ethical dentistry. GDC and Performer number Essential. Practice has free and abundant on-site parking. Start date is immediate but also willing to wait for the right candidate.
