- 6+ years of design experience
- Strong proficiency in design/presentation/systems and tools (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma)
- Work samples online or as PDF, including at least 3 multi-component projects which demonstrate a dedication to high-quality creative, strategic vision, concept development, and high-quality production,
- Fluency with digital content art direction and production, including familiarity with post-production editing and retouching
- Detailed, hands-on experience with typography and image standards for web
- In-depth knowledge of design strategy and building brand experiences
- Excellent verbal and written skills
The right candidate for this role will have a passion for Creator-based content development, Art Direction, and Influencers. They will have a proven track record of translating creative briefs and concepts into customer-centric designs, elevating the brand image and driving growth through increased levels of customer engagement. They will have experience art directing editorial shoots and designing for brands at the strategic level. They will have a high degree of ownership and integrity; they will be strong problem-solvers with the ability to think critically. They must be willing to continuously learn and adapt in-line with social media platform advancements and tools. They will keep up with the latest research and trends.

Key job responsibilities
- Build strategic and complex design solutions that present multi-disciplinary challenges and span across cross-functional teams
- Independently manage Amazon Private Brands Influencer-based thematic art direction end-to-end (from concept to production)
- Present concepts and produced work to stakeholders and cross-functional partners, including senior management
- Identify emerging culture/design trends and digital innovations
- Develop and strengthen brand assets, including style and usage, across diverse categories
- Understand and translate data into insights that inform creative conceptual development

- Demonstrated business acumen and customer-centricity
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently
- Effective cross-team collaborator that delivers with agility across multiple, complex creative projects, while meeting deadlines
- Experience developing on- and off-site creative campaigns for e-commerce (seasonal, event and/or brand led)
- Expertise in art direction, photo briefing, and on and off figure photography
- Experience developing social content for brands (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and positioning strategies and ability to implement them to create dynamic creative and solutions
- Knowledge of UX and front-end web design processes and best practices
