We are seeking a Process Improvement Associate II to join the Marketing Operations & Business Practices team supporting the redesign of end-to-end processes across channels and Chase lines of business (LOBs). As a Process Improvement Associate II, you will have strong technical process design skills thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment where creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking are essential. You should have excellent written and oral communication skills and strong analytical abilities.
Job responsibilities
- Work with marketing teams in assessing and cataloging current state marketing operations processes to identify gaps where they exist
- Employ Lean Six Sigma methodologies, supporting one or more re-engineering engagements in marketing delivery across all channels of the ecosystem (e.g., email, ad ops, direct mail)
- Analyze data, apply a range of analytical tools, synthesize insights, and support the development of strategic solutions
- Influence, design, and develop tactical process improvement plans. Lead workstreams and team members
- Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance the end-to-end value chain
- Support effective change management within multiple organizations to achieve standardized processes, procedures and controls while developing associated objectives, reporting and metrics to measure and communicate success
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience in process design. Experience in using process improvement and process re-engineering frameworks like Lean and/or Six Sigma
- Flexibility to work effectively with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
- Experienced presenter with strong oral and written communication skills
- Avid-learner who is genuinely curious and committed to developing new skills. Self-motivated and executes deliverables with speed and precision
- Expert on Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience on iGrafx and Signavio preferred
- Experience on Tableau and Jira a plus
