Corporate Solicitor (Principal Associate) Manchester, Salary circa £75K + excellent benefits package
We are looking for a Principal Associate level corporate lawyer to join the national corporate team of a Top 50 UK law firm in the Manchester office.
The successful candidate will manage their own workload of corporate transactional and company law advisory work (to include structuring and governance) for a variety of clients including owner managed businesses, private and public companies, public sector bodies, LLPs, partnerships and individuals
We are looking for candidates around 6 years PQE with experience of private M&A transactions and contacts with intermediaries..
The Corporate team at this highly regarded firm, has a particular focus on corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and trade sales and disposals. and acts on behalf of private equity funds, fund managers and investee companies and their management teams. They also handle company re-organisations and re-structuring, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and investment agreements and offer advice on general company law compliance and corporate governance.
