Public Procurement Associate/ Senior Associate - Manchester
An excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate / Senior Associate to join the market leading Public Procurement team of this international firm based at its offices in Manchester
The Team
Ranked in Tier 1 in the legal directories
One of the leading advisers on public procurement issues
Act for a wide range of clients, including many contracting authorities and key suppliers to the public sector
The Role
Working as part of a national and very collaborative team
Acting on behalf of a wide range of clients to include contracting authorities and key suppliers to the public sector
Assisting public sector clients with the design of effective and compliant tender procedures and and advising on robust defence strategies
Acting for suppliers on contentious and non contentious matters
Handling a broad scope of work that will involve advising on procurement law and practice; State Aid; Corporate and commercial law; Regeneration projects; and Governance
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ PQE
Senior Associate or an Associate looking to progress to Senior Associate
Public Procurement experience gained either within an in house or private practice team
