Location: Derry/Belfast
Your role
We are looking for Graduate Applications Support Engineers to work as part of a team delivering applications support and development services to our customers. Your role will involve Application and system support and enhancements of critical software applications in an Agile DevOps team.
You will be responsible for the provision of application support and future development services, either directly to users of the applications or to service delivery functions.
Your experience
- Successful completion of IT discipline degree level
- Is able to provide evidence of clear and concise communication
- Demonstrates evidence of suggestions and improvements to designs
- Work is delivered to agreed timescales
- Issues are notified in a timely manner
- Understand Service Level Agreement requirements for customer on problems resolved
Technical Skills
+ Understanding of Applications Support in various technologies
+ Understanding of Performing and managing releases in various environments
