- Monitoring Production performance
- Ensuring bird welfare
- Feed management
- Ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
- Maintaining safe working practices
- Ventilation management
- Vaccinations and medicating Birds (Training Provided)
- Accurate record keeping
- Egg packing and grading
- Flexibility to cover last minute breakdowns or increases in work load
Plus, Other tasks commensurate with the role or any other relevant or delegated duties required.
Your attitude is more important than having previous experience, as training will be provided.
