Job description
You will be work in friendly environment, we are expecting you to do the following as duties listed in below: -
-You will work under your manager (the director), Initially you will follow up and implement his instructions which will guide you through all the tasks related to you and under your responsibility ,for the initial stage you are not allowed to take any decision unless approval from the director ,once you became fulfilment with your tasks and duty , your routine daily tasks will be left completely for you to handle and act as usual without previous director permission.
-Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures.
-To follow up day to day client`s e mails and inquiries .
- Organizing and scheduling appointments with the clients to visit them at their premises or attend a meeting to provide them with details of our professional work and arrangement for providing our service.
- Answering client`s ,advertisers` agencies phone calls and booking appointments.
-Introducing the company to the trade
-Find new and interesting leads.
-Keep clients up to date on products and developments.
-Answering customers’ questions by phone, email, web chat or face-to-face
-Selling products or services and taking payments.
-Monitoring overall customer satisfaction levels.
-Tracking orders and giving refunds.
-Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
-Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals.
-Updating company`s databases with information from each customer interaction.
-Passing complaints on to their manager
-Working on short-term projects to offer customized support for new products.
-To coordinate with the director for arrangement of Marketing and sells plan on monthly basis ,by arranging necessary information and providing details for the existing and anticipated new clients ,you need to arrange separate reports of sales and separate reports for marketing development including campaign results updates .
-Write and implement marketing campaigns via face book or spreading our leaflets and brochures to anticipated clients who might interested to our service as the agreed plan.
-Attendance at relevant events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities on behalf of the team and our clients.
-Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed including to be ready to travel if required in and outside UK to arrange new deals or attend sales events.
-Provide in-depth Market analysis and research to drive better strategies.
-Increasing reach, followers, and engagement on social media channels through effective content creation, scheduling, regular posting, and interaction including writing marketing and website text.
-Setting up and managing paid social and search campaigns
-Monitor and report on digital performance (web, social, campaigns) including monitoring social media accounts, creating content, and responding to messages.
-With coordination of the director ,assist in create image and video content to support brand awareness, products, campaigns, and recruitment!
-Support, coordination and attend events with pre-sales / implementation / sales.
-Knowledge and interest in paid advertising and marketing..
-Keep communicate with existing and new clients through on/offline ,reply to messages through WhatsApp ,Messenger ,E mails or any other communication social media usually used with the clients.
· Receive and process deliveries if any .
-Follow up inventory and coordinate with the director for stock and deliveries as required.
-Keep and update record for all the sales including invoices, deliveries, notify the director on weekly basis .
-Keep and update records for marketing campaigns,expenses,invoices.
-Coordinate with the administrative assistant in regard updates for advertisement and media suppliers for brochures and leaflets, make sure you always have valid updated one ,order new with updates whenever necessary.
-Coordinate with the administrative assistant to reply on the client `s calls ,inquiries if required.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,900.00-£25,800.00 per year
