It’s a very exciting time for the our Retail business and our brand as a whole and we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, commercially focused Assistant Store Manager with proven retail experience to support the Store Manager in Gunwharf Designer Outlet.
Team Leadership skills and a focus on people, customers and sales are all key, along with a drive to make the store environment and the team, the best they possibly can be!
Valid driving licence is essential as you may be required to travel to other stores.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager to deliver HARIBO sales targets and KPI's by executing HARIBO customer service, retail and operational standards.

Hours of Work:
This role is 40 hours a week, working in a flexible nature to suit the needs of the retail business. UK travel may be required with this role, as the retail team work as a very close knit team, where support to other stores is often required.
