Assistant manager required to join the team, at the Cheshire Oaks , Ellesmere Port.
previous supervisor / management experience required.
40 hours per week, over 5 days.
Responsibilities
The assistant manager is responsible for over seeing the customer experience, training and motivating the store team. Leading by example on the sales floor, and maintaining standards.
Skills and passion required for People development, the customer experience, sales and profitability, retail operations , good communication, positive can do attitude.
