Assistant Store Manager

First Call Contract Services are proud to be working with a nationally recognised retail organisation who are currently looking to recruit a number of Assistant Store Managers for their shopping centres based regionally in Carnforth, Lancaster and Morcombe.
These exciting roles are being recruited for on a permanent basis.
Immediate interviews & starts are available.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent levels of customer service at all times to both customers and the internal team
- Checking in deliveries and booking in stock
- Rota management and recruitment
- General off shop floor duties
- Maximising sales opportunities across the store
Essential Skills:
Candidates will come from a retail background, have an excellent staff management experience and be KPI and target aware.
Candidates will be able to provide excellent levels of customer service.
Hours of work are Monday to Sunday (Rota), 7.00am to finish, times depending on day / rota given.
Starting salary is from £33kpa + Excellent Company Benefits. Overtime is available during busy periods.
