Job description
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all day-to-day store operations to ensure all Company standards are met, both Sales floor and Back of House
- Support the Store Manager in creating decisive short and long term business plans that maximise sales in line with budgets and forecasts
- Ensuring all team are well briefed on their responsibilities, and given constant supervision and motivation on all aspects of their work
- Conduct management and team meetings, ensuring all the team are fully briefed and action points are recorded and achieved in the store managers absence.
- Supporting the Store Manager in building and maintaining a capable team, all driven towards achieving the business objectives.
- Take responsibility to ensure that all employees are trained to the minimum legal requirements.
- Your Store(s) will be always safe, and you will ensure that the store complies with legislation regarding Security, Health & Safety and Hygiene and Licensing laws
- Meeting Company’s financial expectations, managing cost control without compromising standards and the customers experience.
- Responsible for recruiting and selecting team members
- Delivering great shop floor standards, understanding the importance of quality and consistency.
- All Customer complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of running a busy retail unit
- Be responsible for the day to day running of the store in the Managers absence

Salary: £25,000.00-£25,355.00 per year
