About You
We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and confident Assistant Site Manager (ASM) to join our talented and innovative Southern Construction Team and work on our Southampton site. This vital role within our business will report directly into the Site Manager who is responsible for making sure that construction is completed within agreed timelines, cost parameters, safely and to our customers' satisfaction
You will be an experienced ASM or an ambitious individual with Site experience ready to take the next step in their career. You will have relevant on-site experience which includes exposure to constructing multi-development buildings, such as flats, apartments, or hotel. Ideally hold a Black Manager CSCS Card; SMSTS certificate and First Aider Certificate will be advantageous.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a polite and professional attitude who is solution focussed and passionate about getting things right first time despite challenges and obstacles that may occur. This role will be both challenging and rewarding with exposure to a fast paced, vibrant environment.
As an ASM you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of site-based project and assist and support the control and delivery of our construction projects. You will assist and promote the importance of customer relations to the site-based team and ensure that health, safety, and environmental performance standards are achieved. When required the ASM deputies for the Site Manager

Your Attributes
You will have:
- Degree in construction management or equivalent or proven practical experience is required
- CSCS Card
- A good knowledge of trades and their processes is required
- Hold a valid UK driving license
You will bring:
- Relevant experience in housebuilding
- Supervisory experience
