Pay & Hours:
We offer a competitive pay of £11.75 an hour to start, and a working week is 10-20 hours.
Although our shops open early, and we do have set shifts within our Shops, we are open to discussing flexible working hours to accommodate your needs where we can.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced retail Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor/ Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our store when our Shop Manager is off or on holiday.
You will assist with ensuring the smooth running of the store to maximise sales and minimise costs.
Enable to lead, train, and motivate a team with a hands-on approach.
Excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
Be adaptable and able to solve problems.
What are we looking for?:
Experience with team leading or supervising within food service or a retail
setting.
A good communicator with a track record of success in previous roles.
Able to take responsibility within a face paced environment and provide
high levels of customer service
What you will be responsible for:
As the Assistant Manager you will support the Shop Manager in the general day to day running the store
Ensuring store schedules and objectives are met by employees, successfully managing and controlling all aspects of the shop
Our Assistant manager supports the manager in the day to day operations of a retail store
Training and development of team members to a high level.
Sandwich and food production standards, as well as rolling up your sleeves yourselves.
Ensure the store is clean, organised and welcoming from customers.
