An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Management team in our fashionable department store in Bexleyheath
Morleys In Bexleyheath is a part of the successful Morleys Stores Group, which is an independent, privately-owned department store group that operates 8 stores principally in Greater London and Newbury, along with an Ecommerce platform at Elys Department Store, which is our flagship in Wimbledon.
Our stores are at the heart of local communities and have centuries of heritage, brand trust and loyalty - all key to the values we bring to life both in-store and online.
This is an ideal role for someone who is seeking to take their next step in retail management. The ideal candidate will have worked as a supervisor or team leader.
You will need to have the ability to hit the ground running, be committed and driven in your desire to achieve your own goals and that of the department.
You will report to the Sales Manager , and will assist in leading the team, you must be able to demonstrate your passion to drive sales and build on the existing business together with providing excellent service to our customers.
This is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your high standard of merchandising skills. You must have good communication and interactive skills in all aspects of running these very successful departments.
Previous retail Supervisory experience is essential; in depth knowledge of one of the products would be an advantage.
