We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and be able to manage a team of employees in a fast-paced environment. The Restaurant Manager must also have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in the restaurant.
- Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
- Manage and monitor inventory and supplies.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Train and develop staff in all areas of customer service, food preparation, and safety procedures.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.

- Every weekend
