Job description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager with passion and personality to join our dynamic team.
As a manager you:
- Will be naturally inspiring
- Must be an excellent leader to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations througouht the restaurant
- Must have the ability to deliver high standards consistently
- Have great communication and organisation skills
- Must be pationate and enthusiastic about the job and the restaurant
Key responsabilities include:
- Generating new and return business by providing excellent care and service to our guests
- Improving service to ensure business and overall growth objectives are met
- Day to day running of the restaurant
- Been involved with drinks/wine list and team training
- To take reservations over the phone/emails
Set closure: Summer closure with1 week in October and 1 week from Boxing Day (closed New Year's Eve)
Closed Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday all day, Wednesday lunch time.
Equal Share of service charge.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,500.00 per year
