ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a well-established or specialising within the RC Frame & groundworks sectors across London and the home counties. They have an experienced & dedicated team who are able to deliver all aspects of demolition, enabling works, groundworks and civil engineering. Our client has a high staff-retention rate due to the way their staff are developed in-house through training schemes and management support from the leaders of the business. This support is what enables the company to repeatedly complete these schemes for their loyal client-base safely and how they are able to adapt effortlessly to these clients' demands. ABOUT THE ROLE Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for a degree qualified Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Manager in the successful commercial and financial management of projects. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships. You will be involved from tender stage through to project completion and projects will cover a diverse range of works. REQUIREMENTS This role is best suited to an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor with demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or. You will be commercially driven and astute, with a flair for building relationships with clients, ors and the operational team.
