Band 4 Assistant PWP
Bedfordshire Wellbeing Service (BWS) is an integrated IAPT service providing a range of IAPT approved interventions.
The assistant PWP role is a great first step into IAPT and the PWP role. You will support the PWPs with admin based tasks as well interacting with patients.
The successful candidate will provide support to the PWPs by booking in their initial appointments, completing group engagement calls with patients and supporting in admin tasks for psychoeducational groups.
Assistant PWPs are also involved heavily in our outreach programme by attending marketing event and creating social media posts.
The service currently has two bases, one in Bedford and one in Leighton Buzzard. The successful candidate will be required to work from one of these bases at least once per week, as well as attending outreach or marketing events across the county when needed.
The role requires supporting our admin team when needed by working in reception to let patients in as well as support with patient emails and phone calls.
